Our Attorneys
Brian Barrett and Marc Kornitsky both graduated from Suffolk Law School in 1993. They share a commitment to hard work, superior preparation and integrity. After law school, Mr. Kornitsky began working as a litigator, trying serious criminal cases in the district and superior courts. While developing his trial experience, Mr. Kornitsky applied his skills to other areas of the law including litigating complex business disputes and catastrophic personal injury cases.
After law school, Mr. Barrett gained extensive experience in several areas including real estate and estates. After accepting a partnership with his firm, Mr. Barrett invited Mr. Kornitsky to join his practice and work together. Brian and Marc’s respective clients benefit from their combined approach to their cases, achieving success in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Kornitsky’s litigation experience and Mr. Barrett’s attention to detail and exceptional preparation prove to be an exceptional formula.
Brian M. Barrett is a graduate of Tufts University and New England Law | Boston. He was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2024. Prior to joining the bar, Brian built his practical experience working for the United States Attorney’s Office, Morrison Mahoney, LLP, and Barrett Kornitsky LLP.
